Biography

Some kids play with tin soldiers, others with Barbies. Then there’s the type that spends its afternoon learning about different music-programmes and plug-ins. Makam is of the latter kind. Tweeking buttons has become somewhat of a second nature to him, and this year the world is bound to hear more from this promising new school house artist. His first release on Soweso, aptly named The Hague Soul, has been conquering the recordbags of most the international techno/house-community. Moreover, Makam has exhibited some magnificent skills as a live-act, making him a hot item for this year’s festival season.
